TechNurses Africa Terms of Use

1. Purpose
TechNurses Africa (“TechNurses”, “we”, “us”) offers various healthcare-related services and resources through our website and mobile application. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you become a registered user, you are also subject to our User Agreement. Please take the time to read these binding Terms of Use carefully.
2. Agreement
When you access our website at www.technurses.com (“our website”) or our mobile application (“our app”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy (https://technursesafrica.com/privacy-policy). Users who sign up for an account are also bound by our User Agreement. This app and our website are available globally, but you are responsible for complying with local laws when accessing our services.
3. Access and Registration
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features of our app, you must register and create an account (“User Account”). When you register, you will choose a password, which you must use to access your User Account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and other account information. Notify TechNurses immediately if your password is lost or stolen or if you suspect any unauthorized use of your User Account. You are solely responsible for any activities or actions under your User Account.
3.2 Alerts and Notifications
By creating a User Account, you automatically sign up for alerts via email and mobile notifications. You can customize, modify, or deactivate these alerts by adjusting your account settings. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, but we may still send you transactional emails and other important notices.
4. Use of Information
4.1 Information Accuracy
TechNurses cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information provided through our app or website. All content is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. Your use of the information is at your own risk.
4.2 No Warranties
TechNurses disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our services. This includes any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
5. Limitation of Liability
TechNurses and its officers, directors, employees, or agents are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our app or website, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Termination
You may request to terminate your User Account at any time by contacting us at hello@technurses.io. We may terminate or suspend your access to our app or website at any time, for any reason, without notice. Any termination does not affect your obligations under these Terms of Use, which are intended to survive such termination.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms of Use will be brought exclusively in courts located in Lagos, Nigeria.
8. User Conduct
8.1 Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and provide accurate information when registering for and using our services.
8.2 Prohibited Actions
You agree not to:
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features.
- Upload or transmit any content you do not have the right to use or that infringes on others’ rights.
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services.

Your feedback is welcome and encouraged. By submitting feedback, you agree that TechNurses may use it without any obligation to compensate you.
