Do I need a technical background?
Not at all. Most people in our community started with little or no technical experience. We don’t believe everyone needs to learn to code. We believe everyone deserves to understand how technology can strengthen the work they already do.
I work shifts. Will I be able to keep up?
Yes. Our learning experiences are designed around real life, not ideal life. Whether you’re balancing shifts, family, studies or multiple jobs, you can learn at your own pace and return whenever you’re ready.
Who is TechNurses Africa for?
We begin with nurses, midwives and women in healthcare because they represent one of the world’s largest female workforces. From there, we co-create and collaborate with women, migrant professionals and anyone from a non-technical background who wants to build confidence, discover new opportunities and play a meaningful role in the AI-driven future of work.
What happens after I join?
